At Ameritania akitas, we have been involved in the breed since 1999, with the aim of showing and producing Akitas of sound body, mind and constuction. Our dogs in the breeding program are hip scored and annually eye tested, we only breed a litter with the intention of improving those qualities and hopefully producing a new star to add to our kennel.
We are not web designers or keen photograhers, so all photographs are of our present dogs or dogs bred by us.
We are members of the Kennel Club Accredited Breeders scheme.
